At CADoS, we aim to ensure you and your pets are satisfied with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Claims for return or refund must be made within 21 days of receiving your order.
- A copy of your invoice must be provided for processing.
- Items must be unused, and have all original tags attached to qualify for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
If a claim is not submitted within 21 days, it will be deemed invalid.
How to Initiate a Return
You must contact CADoS before sending any items back to verify eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns
- Expired products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Products with manufacturer warranties or guarantees will only be refunded, exchanged, or returned in agreement with the manufacturer.
- If a return is due to a change of mind or customer error, CADoS may charge an AUD $5.00 restocking fee. Shipping costs for returning items are also the responsibility of the customer unless the product was shipped incorrectly or was faulty upon arrival.
Procedure for Returns & Exchanges
- Contact CADoS with details of your return or exchange request. You may be asked to provide images within 24 hours for the following issues:
- Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with a return reference number and instructions on where to send your items.

Qld 4211 - Items must be securely packaged in a padded, trackable parcel to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm receipt and process your refund or exchange if the item meets our conditions.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, such as:
- Credit Card: Refunds will be applied to the same card used for the purchase.
- PayPal: Funds will be refunded to your original PayPal account.
- Bank Transfer: Refunds will be deposited once you provide your BSB and Account Number.
