At CADoS, we’ve partnered with Aramex (formerly Fastway Couriers) to provide discounted shipping in approved zones. If your area is not eligible, feel free to contact us for further information.
We also offer various Australia Post services to meet your needs:
Australia Post Regular Mail
- Free shipping items are typically sent via Australia Post Regular Mail.
- These items are not insured and do not include tracking.
- Your order may be flat-packed to minimize postage costs.

Registered Post
For added assurance, you can select Registered Post for an additional fee.
- A tracking number and link will be provided.
- Registered items require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the parcel will be held at your local post office.
Australia Post eParcel Service
Our eParcel service is fast and reliable, offering trackable deliveries.
- Tracking numbers are provided after dispatch.
- Insurance is optional and available at an extra cost.
Express Post
For the fastest delivery, choose Australia Post Express.
- Delivery can take as little as 24-48 hours after dispatch, depending on your location.
Aramex
We have partnered with Aramex to offer affordable shipping.

Terms & Conditions
Shipping costs are based on product size, weight, and destination. Exact costs are calculated at checkout.
We may switch to an alternative shipping method at our discretion if a better option is available.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays due to courier operating hours. Public holidays may also cause delivery delays.
Delivery Notifications & Tracking
- You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please check your inbox and junk/spam folder for this notification.
- For delays, contact the postal carrier directly.
Delivery Enquiries
If you have questions about your delivery, contact us within 5-7 business days of dispatch. Delayed inquiries made after 30 days may not be traceable by the courier or postal service.
Currently, CADoS delivers across Australia only. We do not accept international orders at this time.
